Three Different 8-Week Sessions Begin October 15, 16, 17

FITNESS - Strength, Style, Stretch

Lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the body in this unique 55-minute class that combines high-energy, low-impact aerobics and choreography to improve muscle tone, range of motion, and cardiovascular efficiency. Strength, Style, Stretch will have you sweating, smiling, and having fun!

  • Come dressed in your most comfortable workout attire — yoga pants and an athletic top is perfect. Socks, jazz shoes, and tennis shoes are all permitted footwear. Black-soled shoes are not permitted on our dance floors.

FITNESS class is offered 3 times per week:

  • Tuesday 9:15 - 10:10am (Beginner / Intermediate Level)

  • Wednesday 7:30 - 8:25pm (Intermediate / Advanced Level)

  • Thursday 7:45 - 8:40PM (Beginner / Intermediate Level)

T.A.P. - Tempo, Accent, Pulse

Train your mind and body with 30 minutes of beat filled fun. It is the perfect compliment to FITNESS - Strength, Style, Stretch! The rhythm is gonna get you!

  • Attire for the class is the same as the FITNESS class. Beige tap shoes will be necessary. Tap shoes are available at the studio if needed and the price is $55.00.

T.A.P. class is offered 3 times a week:

  • Tuesday 10:15 - 10:45am (Beginner / Intermediate Level)

  • Wednesday 8:30 - 9:00pm (Intermediate / Advanced Level)

  • Thursday 8:45 - 9:15PM (Beginner / Intermediate Level)

Dates for the fall ADULT PROGRAM:

Each session will run for 8 weeks beginning on October 15 and ending on December 12, 2019. Please note: There will be no classes on November 26, 27 and 28, 2019.

Session Tuition:

  • T.A.P. - Tempo, Accent, Style (once per week) - $80.00

  • FITNESS - Strength, Style Stretch (once per week) - $96.00

  • T.A.P. / FITNESS Combo (both classes once per week) - $130.00

  • FITNESS - Strength, Style, Stretch (twice per week) - $160.00

  • Unlimited Classes - $195.00
