Online Ticket Sale Begins May 19 at 1pm

Dear Parents:

The online ticket sale for Showcase 2024 begins Sunday, May 19th at 1:00 pm.  We have again selected Dance Recital Ticketing as our online ticketing partner for this sale.

As always, tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis, and the best seats are sure to go fast.  Last year, 75% of all seats were sold within the first few hours.  We urge you to log in as soon as you can once the online ticket sale begins. 

You can buy your tickets in two ways: (Please note that you will need a credit or debit card for your purchase).

  1. Visit the Ken and Jean Dance Studio website for complete ticket sale information. All information outlined in this email is available on our website, including instructions for ticket sale day and the three-tier ticket price options. A link to purchase tickets from Dance Recital Ticketing will be available on the website. 

  2. Go directly to Dance Recital Ticketing online ticket sale page. This will be emailed to you and will appear here when available.

Below is a detailed seating chart for Norwin High School, this year’s Showcase venue. Once again there are three pricing tiers for Showcase tickets based on proximity to the stage. There are ten rows of seats in Tier 1, priced at $20.50. These seats are on the Main Floor and are closest to the stage. There are ten rows of seats in Tier 2. These seats are located on the Main Floor and the first few rows of the Audion section. Tier two is priced at $16.50. The Tier 3 tickets are in the Audion section and are $12.50 each.  

Note:  When purchasing tickets and you wish to switch between the MAIN FLOOR and the AUDION sections, click on the purple button "ADD TIX FOR ANOTHER SHOW" and then continue with the show you want, selecting AUDION or MAIN FLOOR from the list.

Please note the following: 

  • When selecting tickets, it is best to know which side of the auditorium (left or right) is optimum for viewing your child upon the Showcase stage.  Our Beginner Level 1, 2 & 3 students begin and end their dances in relatively the same place on the stage.  For dancers closer to the reception room windows (in the studio) the best seating will be in the sections labeled "LEFT".  For dancers closer to the music wall/trophy wall (in the studio) the best seating will be in the sections labeled "RIGHT".

  • If you need to purchase a ticket for a wheelchair attendee, please email Austin@kenandjeandance.com by Tuesday May 14.  

  • Note that you will see Dance Recital Ticketing’s fee of $2.00 per ticket added to your order.

  • Your ticket(s) will be emailed to you with your order receipt.

  • For Dance Recital Ticketing customer service or technical support, please call 706-550-1416.  Press option #1.  The Dance Recital Ticketing customer service hours of operation are Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
